Forms are considered not received until you have received an email from our staff addressing the specific issue of the submitted form. In no way does submitting the form give you any coverage you have requested; the only way coverage exists is that you have received an updated copy of your policy and the premium has been paid for the change (or credited in the event of a reduction of coverage).
